This is our fourth 1:6 scale Lara Croft statue and is Lara as shown in Rise of the Tomb Raider. In Rise of the Tomb Raider, Lara Croft heads to Siberia in search of the legendary city of Kitezh. In this adventure, Lara battles the paramilitary organization Trinity, which intends to uncover the city’s promise of immortality. The design of the Rise of the Tomb Raider – Lara Croft statue was inspired by the cover art of the game as well as to complement the three previous statues in the 1:6 scale series of Tomb Raider statues. Standing approximately 20 ‘ tall from the bottom of the base to the top of the top of Lara Croft’s head, the Lara Croft statue is made using polystone resin and is skilfully hand-crafted by artisans. The Lara Croft statue includes deluxe, full-colour packaging, a hand-numbered base and a validation card.

In 1993, Superman faced one of his cruelest enemies, the monster called Doomsday, where both apparently die at the end of the fight. More than an arc of stories from the comics, “The Death of Superman” was a global event, highlighted in news coverage all over the world, and later adapted for other media outlets. On the return of the Man of Steel, after his resurrection, he appears wearing a black suit with silver details and his symbol, which is also silver.. Called the Solar Suit, or Regeneration, this Kryptonian outfit is used by him when his power is weakened because, in addition to providing some protection, it absorbs solar energy to accelerate his regeneration.

Con il numero 271 di Julia, in edicola dall’1 aprile, parte la prima iniziativa celebrativa per gli ottant’anni della nostra Casa editrice. Una raccolta di ventidue medaglie dedicata agli Eroi di ieri e di oggi, le cui avventure potete leggere ogni mese.

Il 18 gennaio 1941, le edicole italiane espongono il numero 331 di Audace. È il primo pubblicato dal solo Gianluigi Bonelli, dopo la separazione dall’amico e socio Dante Daini, facendone l’epicentro di una piccola impresa editoriale che sua moglie Tea e poi, dal 1957, il figlio Sergio hanno gestito, fatto crescere e portato al successo, oltre le soglie del terzo millennio.

Per festeggiare questa importante ricorrenza abbiamo scelto il mese di aprile, perché è ad aprile del 1941 che arriva in edicola il primo albo a fumetti pubblicato da Bonelli, “Il Cavaliere dell’Aria”. È dunque attraverso gli albi che vogliamo ricordare la storia della nostra Casa editrice, allegando a tutte le uscite inedite di aprile e maggio una medaglia celebrativa dei personaggi che hanno fatto la storia di Sergio Bonelli Editore.
A partire dal numero 271 di Julia, in uscita il primo aprile, fino al numero 417 di Dylan Dog, in uscita il 29 maggio potrete trovare in regalo una medaglia metallica che riproduce in primo piano uno dei nostri Eroi. Ventidue medaglie dedicate non solo ai titolari delle serie attualmente in pubblicazione, ma anche alle loro storiche “spalle”. Non potevano mancare, però, alcuni dei personaggi più importanti dell’Avventura a fumetti che per ottant’anni è stata raccontata dalla nostra Casa editrice: Ken Parker, il Comandante Mark e il Piccolo Ranger!

Oltre alle medaglie, sarà disponibile anche un elegante cofanetto che vi permetterà di raccoglierle e conservarle tutte, oltre che di completare la collezione con un ventitreesimo soggetto, disponibile esclusivamente con questa uscita: Furio, il personaggio che Gianluigi Bonelli scelse come protagonista delle copertine del suo Audace, ottant’anni fa.
